SDC Establishes Strategic Scientific Consulting Group to Expand Protocol and Program Development Services
Dale W. Usner, Ph.D., to lead new group as CSO & SVP, Strategic Scientific Consulting
Tempe, AZ, February 22, 2018 – SDC, a specialized data services Contract Research Organization (CRO) providing scalable clinical trial services, is excited to announce a new key initiative: the establishment of a Strategic Scientific Consulting group. This initiative will support continued efforts to broaden the range of strategic-level support that SDC provides to clients and partners throughout the lifespan of their clinical development programs. This offering will not only provide access to SDC’s internal world-class statistical and scientific expertise, but will also leverage SDC’s ever-growing network of medical and regulatory key opinion leaders to deliver best-in-class strategic consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
Dale W. Usner, Ph.D., will be spearheading this key initiative as Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) & Senior Vice President (SVP), Strategic Scientific Consulting. He brings to this role over 20 years of extensive experience across multiple therapeutic areas, and has played an instrumental role in support of more than 20 product approvals. Throughout his 6 years at SDC, Dr. Usner has proven himself as both a strong leader and a deep technical expert.
