ClinPulse is an expert panel and networking event series focused on the drivers of change in clinical trials, gathering subject matter experts to discuss long-term trends in the clinical research and life sciences industry. This is the 4th session in the ClinPulse series and the first in the San Diego area. Previous ClinPulse events hosted in the San Francisco Bay Area included speakers from the FDA, Genentech, Quorum Review IRB, Nektar, Parallel 6, California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM), and LifeMap Solutions.

Teri Hicks joined SDC in January 2014 as the Director of Data Management, providing clinical data management services in support of clinical studies. She has over 20 years of experience in clinical and health information. Prior to her position at SDC, she worked in the medical device industry in clinical data management for W.L. Gore and Associates. She also worked as Manager of Clinical Data Management for Watson Pharmaceuticals. In addition, Teri has experience in the commercial side of pharmaceutical information with physician prescribing, payer reimbursement, and sales compensation information. She maintains an array of therapeutic area expertise including medical devices, cardiology, endocrinology, infectious disease, and nephrology.
